Compact injection moulds
The most general form of injection moulds. The material is injected into a mould without further processing occurring.
2-Component injection moulds
Timmerije is one of the biggest specialists in the field of 2-K injection moulds in the Netherlands. With 2-K injection moulds, one can combine several raw materials in one work run, e.g. for combinations of soft and hard, flexible and stiff or for various properties or colours.
Gas injection and gas back pressure injection moulds
Additional quality possibilities when compact injection moulds do not give the desired result. With gas/water injection and gas back pressure injection moulds, you can, for example, shorten the production cycle, reduce raw material use or weight, increase the stiffness and improve the appearance.
Insert moulding
To increase the functionality or performance, all kinds of inserts can be immediately added and/or inserted during the production process, e.g. inserts of steel, copper or plastic that provide extra strength, stiffness or conduction.
Injection mould assembly
Using a high degree of automation and 2K injection moulds, we are able to perform various injection mould steps in succession. Consequently, Timmerije can assemble various components.
Inmould decoration
With this decoration technique, one can in the production process immediately add scratch-resistant logos, trademarks or product identification possibly by injection moulding the synthetic against foil with imprint. By choosing this technique, you save on the cost of imprint later. Besides (printed) foil, other decoration materials, such as wood veneer or textile, can be applied.
