Machinery
Injection mould production has 50 injection mould machines varying from 25 to 1200 tons. This includes ten 2-component injection mould machines with a clamp force between 75 and 650 tons. Timmerije has gas injection stations that can be used on many machines.
Automation
Automation of the production process is a continuous process. Besides universally applicable automation, Timmerije also develops product-specific automation solutions.
In-line assembly
(Partial) assembly of components within the production process often leads to very interesting savings in the field of machine time and/or labour costs. By already looking at assembly in the engineering phase, Timmerije often generates significant cost-savings for its customers with this option.
After-Processing Finishing
Injection, painting, printing, coating, chromium plating, metallizing. At Timmerije, numerous finishing techniques are possible.
Hot stamp (in line)
In-line hot stamp is a good option for high numbers in particular. The text or logo is added directly after injection moulding.
Stickers/labelling
Stickers and labels can be attached to your products both in-line and off-line, e.g. to enhance the brand name, but also for identification and logistical purposes.
